Rooms & Rates
All our rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard and have been named after local beauty spots. They all have tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV's with DVD player and en-suite shower rooms.
We can also cater for dogs (dependent on the size of the dog) but there is an additional charge for this.

Brownsea Room
The Brownsea Room is a large double or family room.
It has a double & single bed but an additional bed can be set up if required.
There is a tea & coffee area with mini fridge, seating area with coffee table and dressing table.
A flat screen TV with built in DVD player, Wi-Fi access is available. The en suite has a walk in shower, w/c and basin and has recently been refurbished.
Please note the minimum stay is for 2 nights.

£130 per night (for two sharing)
£5 extra per guest

Studland Room
The Studland Room is a super king room.
There are tea & coffee facilities with a mini fridge, seating area & coffee table,
a flat screen TV with built in DVD player, Wi-Fi access is available.
It has an en-suite with walk in shower, w/c, basin & heated towel rail.

£110 per night (for two sharing)
£100 per night (for single occupancy)

Purbeck Room
The Purbeck Room is a small double room.
There are tea & coffee facilities with a mini fridge, dressing table, a flat screen TV with built in DVD player, Wi-Fi access is available.
The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower, w/c, basin and heated towel rail.
